Introducing Tisfoon Trio
Designed for cut accuracy, speed, and reliability. The Tisfoon Trio has 3 servo motors working in concert to produce accurate cuts very fast. One servo motor closes gaps between boards. The other one moves to the next cut. The third servo motor makes a fast cut. With speed control on the saw arbor motor and speed control over the cut, you can have a variety of recipes for various species and cut qualities. This is the optimizing cut-off saw of the future.
The lumber defect scanner uses cameras and lasers to automatically grade and defect lumber. It replaces traditional line marking with a fluorescent crayon. Operators no longer need to know the grading rules. Your product will have a more consistent look and will not depend on the operator.
Traditional rip saw feeders shine a laser line on the board showing the rip positions and then the operator has to make adjustments before the board is dealt into the rip saw. With the Tisfoon Lateral Scanner, cameras look at the board and pick up defects and find the optimal way to feed the board into the rip saw.
If you already have equipment that is mechanicaly fine, but is lacking intelligence, or has obsolete hardware and software, then retrofitting is much less expensive than buying new. We have retrofit packages for a host of woodworking equipment.

We have thus successfully entered the Canadian and U.S. markets. We have also succeeded in placing our products with prominent manufacturers, such as 2nd and 3rd largest Kitchen Cabinet manufacturers and 2nd largest casket manufacturer. We have also completed our website translation into Portuguese and Russian so that we can start marketing into the Ukraine and Brazil markets. The downturn in the economy has created a welcome surprise that was missing in our business plan. We are now seeing an increase in the retrofit market.
